How we use information

We use Matomo Cloud to understand visits to our website and improve its content. Analytics can include pages viewed, referring websites and campaigns, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interactions with outbound links and downloads. Matomo may use cookies to recognize visits. Analytics data is processed by Matomo Cloud on our behalf.

We count successful contact-form submissions in Matomo to understand which visits lead to inquiries. This analytics event does not include your name, email address, company, or message.

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, evaluate a potential engagement, and communicate about services you requested. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate our communications or when required by law. We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes.

AI, chatbot, and app projects

Data practices for a website, chatbot, mobile app, or integration depend on the project’s features and the services selected. Before launch, we will identify the data involved, relevant third-party providers, access controls, retention expectations, and the responsibilities of each party.
